Measurement principles:
The eddy current measuring coil and the capacitance measuring electrode are mounted coaxially. The two sensors measure one measured point simultaneously. The capacitive displacement sensor signal is used to measure the working distance, the thickness of the insulation layer and the dielectric constant of the insulation layer material.
