High demands are placed on the operators of industrial baking lines in terms of consistent quality. They must increasingly be able to document or prove process parameters. In addition, the systems should be able to be used flexibly, i.e. different products with different parameters are frequently baked in quick change. This time for changeover should be as short as possible. With precise knowledge of the baking curves, this time can be optimized, or it is possible to adjust the daily production flow accordingly, thereby increasing efficiency.
In addition, stationary measuring probes are being installed more and more frequently. For the correct positioning of this probe it is important to have a precise knowledge of the baking process.
With the PHTM, which can simultaneously record three humidity and 7 temperature traces by means of an isolated data logger, one has the possibility to accurately record and analyze these important baking parameters. All sensors can be flexibly distributed on the measuring probe carrier, depending on the task. When used regularly, the PHTM also helps to detect possible damage in the plant at an early stage and to repair it in a targeted manner.
The recordings can be started or stopped directly on a notebook or via an app on a smartphone. The evaluation is then performed on the notebook. The measured values can also be transferred to the cloud for analysis by others
