Low-cost inclination sensor for safety monitoring of bridges and buildings

Connected to an RS485 bus, high-precision inclination sensors are a good way to monitor deformations and displacements of bridges and buildings, as deviations can be measured at different points of the object to be monitored. As required, the PEI-S103-1-0.6 offers a small angular range of ±0.3°, a very high sensitivity of 0.0002° (< 4 µ rad.) and an excellent linearity of 0.005°.
Since vibrations generally occur constantly in the environment, the sensor is equipped with a digital filter. The sensor is offered in a robust duralumin housing and is protected according to IP67.
The PEI-S103-1-0,6 is offered with different outputs: 0-5 V analog, RS232 bus or RS485 bus.
