pico+TF ultrasonic level sensors

The pico+TF sensors are the smallest chemical-resistant ultrasonic level sensors in microsonic's product range. With 4 different scanning distances, they cover a measuring range from 20 mm to 1.3 m. They are available with both analog and switching output and with IO-Link interface. The variants with analog output are available with 0-10 V voltage output and 4-20 mA current output.

Due to their compact housing dimensions, pico+TF level sensors are ideally designed for distance measurement in confined installation conditions. The ultrasonic transducer is protected with a foil made of PTFE. The outer sleeve made of PVDF with an external thread of M22 x 1.5 seals the ultrasonic transducer against the sensor housing. A typical field of application for these new ultrasonic sensors is level measurement for aggressive cleaning agents, varnishes and inks, such as those used in the digital printing sector.
