Precision calibrator for low differential and relative pressures

With the MicroCal™, SETRA Systems offers a portable calibrator capable of generating lowest differential and relative pressures with an accuracy of 0.05 Pa. This compact system operates completely independently of mains or compressed air supplies and can therefore be used in any location.

The core of this calibrator is a NASA-patented pressure generator with 2 pressure chambers. This generates the desired differential pressure in the shortest possible time without significant overshoot. In the smallest offered range of +/- 50 Pa, an accuracy of 0.028% is achieved. The measuring ranges offered can be selected via modular reference modules, which can be changed in a few simple steps, in ranges from 50 ... 3500 Pa, both unidirectional and bidirectional, and can be retrofitted as required.

The MicroCal™ is conveniently operated via a built-in PC with a 7 inch touch screen, the software guides the user quickly and safely through all necessary inputs, such as measuring ranges and accuracy of the DUT, number of calibration points or desired settling times. The measurement data can be saved in 21CF PART11 compliant files and as a calibration certificate in the specified format
