Thinking and memorizing encoder configurator

With the configurator for incremental and absolute encoders, Wachendorff Automation offers machine designers and developers real added value compared to conventional configurators of this type.
The tool from Wachendorff thinks along and is above all memorable. The linking of all technical properties and their combinability with each other (over 1.5 million possibilities) are completely stored in the programming and are managed by an intelligent logic. This intelligence and memorability eliminates configuration errors. After just a few entries, the devices in question are identified. Some other configurators also offer this - the highlight of the Wachendorff configurator is the creation of a data sheet individually tailored to the configured encoder. This is because by clicking on a product type, the selection criteria chosen in the pre-selection are transferred to the product level, i.e. "remembered". With this "just-in-time" data, the product page is built individually for the user. This offers him the possibility to further configure and/or generate his individual data sheet at any time. This function is unique so far and very helpful! Explanatory fields also provide targeted additional electrical or mechanical information. In this way, Wachendorff offers the user the possibility to put together his specific encoder according to the actual requirements and wishes. The user benefits from the "clear" documentation, because especially with encoders there are very many factors in the area of electrics and mechanics that are interdependent.
With standard data sheets, exact encoder types can only be defined with the help of expert knowledge. The "configured" data sheet from Wachendoff can be saved as a PDF document or printed out.
Also interesting: The respective status of the configuration can be documented at any time via a PDF data sheet. This is helpful, for example, if the user wishes to consult with colleagues or Wachendorff Automation's technical application consulting service before making a commitment.
The configurator is a new feature on the Wachendorff Automation homepage and can be called up in four languages (German, English, French, Spanish).
