Trends for pressure and level: From the all-rounder to the "tailor-made" pressure transmitter

In addition to intelligent design solutions, they require above all suitable sensor technology. Important criteria here are robustness, speed and accuracy in the acquisition of measured values, as well as the reliable storage of measured values and their documentation.

As every year, the Hannover Messe 2017 offers a good opportunity to learn about the different methods of electronic pressure and level measurement, the current state of the art and the latest trends.

At the BD|SENSORS GmbH booth (see box text), for example, the product range starts with pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, digital pressure gauges and pressure switches for use in different media. It is extended by level and immersion probes, data loggers as well as display and evaluation devices. Piezoelectric pressure sensors for highly dynamic measurements complete the range.

Since the Thierstein-based measurement technology specialist sees itself primarily as a solution provider, Stand C51 in Hall 11 is also a good place to go when it comes to application-specific tasks that cannot be realized with standard solutions.
