WideScreen Multitouch PC: Advantech TPC-1840WP

The fanless TCP-1840WP can be operated via the MultiTouchScreen, a home button on the front always leads back to a defined starting point. An additional monitor can be connected via HDMI, and the built-in speaker can be used for alerting purposes. Inside, an AMD Dual Core T56E with 1.65 GHz and separate graphics processor provides decent computing power.

The connection to the network is realized with two 10/100/1000 Ethernet sockets, and there is still room for a PCI-E slot. Ex works, the TPC-1840WP is equipped with 4 GB of main memory and provides a 2.5"SATA port for hard disks or SSDs.
The front of the housing is made of die-cast magnesium and meets the IP-65 protection class, and with 35W connected load, the device also saves a lot of power in the long run.

From about August 2013, the same device (TPC-2140WP) is also announced with 21"display - also 16:9.
