A laser beam transmitted by the stroboscope is reflected back to the receiver cell on the front of the stroboscope by a reflective marker. The control of the stroboscope then calculates the rotation rate of the object from this, tracks the flash frequency of the stroboscope and reproduces this as an exact measured value. Due to this integrated optical tachometer/stroboscope function, this value is absolutely precise and process-safe. Fluctuating rotational speeds are not a problem. Due to the delay-free control of the flash frequency, the user always has redundant detection.
This innovative and patent-pending feature is a real highlight both at trade shows and demonstrations: As soon as a target moving at high speed is "frozen" in a flash with the Auto-sync laser function, the demonstrator is assured of a high level of attention. No tedious manual setting, no need to install a trigger sensor, and instant playback of the measured value.
