The piezoresistive accelerometers are based on proven MEMS technology, with four variable resistors configured as a Wheatstone bridge circuit. The uniaxial ASC 62C1 features a wide dynamic range from 0 Hz to 2.5 kHz and excellent shock resistance up to 5,000 g. In addition, the low weight enables applications where it is necessary to minimize the mass loading of the test structures.
