The ME800 is a very robust differential OEM sensor for wet-wet applications. The resulting differential pressure may act in both directions (bidirectional sensor). The differential pressure sensor ME800 is a so-called wet-wet sensor, which allows to have (aggressive) liquids on both sides of the membrane.
The medium to be measured comes into contact on one side with a Parylene coating and on the other side with the Al2O3 of the membrane with excellent chemical resistance. By means of O-rings, the sensor can be easily integrated into valve blocks or similar. The special feature of these ceramic sensors is that only one differential instead of two relative pressure sensors need to be used for differential pressure measurements. Therefore, there is only one error to consider, which improves the overall accuracy of the system.
