Products
1、CANline CWS-Web Server
Handheld back-clamp measuring instrument
CANline Web Server CWS 101 for graphical visualization and documentation of up to 4 CANline gas alarm systems via web browser
Operating status is displayed by means of different colored bars (green=operating, orange=pre-alarm, red=main alarm, grey=sensor not working, red and "error"=technical fault)
Measured gas concentrations are stored in case of concentration changes
Continuous storage of operating states: pre-alarm, main alarm and fault status
Sending of e-mails in case of gas alarms, for DIN-rail mounting in control cabinets with up to 4 CANline control units visible at the same time
Connection to the CANline control unit via a 3-wire cable (Modbus-RTU)
Plug and Play: Automatic setting of the display according to the configuration of the central CANline unit (measuring range, limit values, sensor position, sensor type and unit)
2. SKC handheld back-clamp measuring instrument
Easy to service: completely maintenance-free (no sensor replacement, no battery replacement, no calibration), however, calibration is possible if operationally necessary
User-friendly: single button, multi-function
Safe to operate, automatic electronic function testing adjustable in time
Calculable: 24 months of continuous operation guaranteed after activation
Programmable, alternative display indicates: (1) real time concentration; (2) remaining life or; (3) remaining life and real time concentration when warning levels are exceeded
Programmable: functional test and calibration intervals if operationally required bright all-round visual/loud audible/perceptible mechanical alarms
Data logging: records alarm results including event type, concentration value and date/time stamp Readable via IR module or clip base, displayable at the touch of a button

KIMESSA - Gas detection systems for industry
Modern society is dealing with toxic and flammable gases and vapors on a daily basis. Today, natural gas is an economical, technical and comfortable medium, but if left uncontrolled, it can suddenly become very dangerous.
Innovative safety solutions for industrial applications, such as oil refineries, hazardous materials warehouses, wastewater treatment plants, etc. Typical gases generated are: H2S, CH4, CO, O2, xylene, alcohol, toluene. The straightforward ATEX KIMESSA gas monitoring system is suitable for Ex Zones 1 and 2 (Germany is divided into Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2 by the ICE (International Electrotechnical Commission) for explosive hazardous areas. Zone 1 refers to environments where explosive gas mixtures may occur during normal operation and Zone 2 refers to environments where explosive gas mixtures are unlikely to occur during normal operation of flammable and explosive explosives, or where explosive gas mixtures, if present, are only present for a short period of time), preventing uncontrolled gas concentrations. Gas leaks caused by aging and vibration of fittings are detected at an early stage. the alarm unit of the CANline system stops the gas supply, opens the ventilation and alerts the hazardous area.
The explosion zone determines the design of the probe. the KSP 121 Ex is used for zone 2. For Zone 1, the explosion-proof gas sensor GSPM 121 Ex (catalytic type) or the GSIM 1100 Ex (infrared type) is used.
To signal a gas alarm, the control panel triggers a flashing light and an alarm horn. The flashing light and alarm horn must be installed near the hazardous area so that safety personnel can act with caution. The touch display can be installed at the entrance for visualization and quick control of the gas monitoring data. Of course, all measurement data and events are recorded so that they can be tracked and analyzed at any time.
With the plug-and-play web server CWS 101 "Easylog", gas concentrations can be displayed in real time in the computer network and e-mails can be sent to the responsible personnel in case of events such as alarms or malfunctions.
With a central unit, gas sensors and signaling devices, the KIMESSA system provides comprehensive safety and precise measurements. A correctly designed gas monitoring system with high quality KIMESSA gas measuring and control devices guarantees ideal safety. the know-how of KIMESSA and its representatives, together with many years of practical experience, provides the user with a reference for the best solution.
KIMESSA can offer you unique and optimized products for industrial applications, such as the sample-tested BUS-Ex transmitter with infrared measuring principle. This saves customers more than half of the cables and allows them to implement changes and expansions at any time without having to lay new cables from the control center.
