As Customer Service Manager at DEFINOX since 2017, my responsibilities are many and varied, but they all boil down to helping customers use our valves.
I am not only involved in answering customer questions, but also in three other areas: preventive maintenance, dealing with non-conformities and finally training; these three topics are directly related to the safe use and maintenance of our devices.
DEFINOX is known for the quality of its valves, which are characterized by their 100% maintainable nature. However, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety of people throughout the process, from the installation to the dismantling of our valves and high-performance actuators. Some interventions can prove complicated or even dangerous. We therefore pay particular attention to the education and training of the users of our valves.
