Freely scalable data recorder with measuring rate up to 5 MS/s
2016-04-27 08:45:29, Hottinger Brüel & Kjaer GmbHDue to its spatial distributability and modularity, the CX22B is suitable for small, but also particularly extensive measurement tasks in mobile driving tests, such as for load data determination or for stationary monitoring tasks in wind turbines, tunnels and bridges.
Regardless of whether mechanical, electrical or thermal measured variables or data from the vehicle bus are acquired: The measuring modules are connected via a single connection cable to the data recorder, which autonomously stores the synchronous data at a measuring rate of up to 5 MS/s. The core of this data recorder is the software, which has extensive signal processing, frequency analysis, trigger and intelligent data reduction.
The CX22B also offers maximum flexibility in parameterization. This can be done via a tablet, LAN-connected notebook or encrypted remote access via the mobile network of any PC in the world. Optionally, video cameras can be easily connected or telemetrically recorded wheel forces can be determined with the recorder. In order to assign the signal values to the corresponding driving situation and location in the subsequent data analysis, the position can be acquired via GPS sensor or inertial unit (IMU).
