The OPTIBAR 5060 eDP is a dual pressure transmitter version for electronic differential pressure measurement. It is particularly suitable for level, density and DP applications in closed vessels, as well as for density-compensated level measurement in open tanks and tanks vented to atmospheric pressure. In some applications, electronic differential pressure measurement can replace the use of classic differential pressure transmitters.

Free combination of OPTIBAR PM 5060 and OPTIBAR PC 5060 transmitters in primary/secondary sensor systems: configured with metal and/or ceramic diaphragms.

No capillary tube required: smaller process connections (from G½) can be used than in installations with capillary tube attachment.

Connection via signal cable instead of oil-filled capillary tube.

No thermal insulation required.

Extremely fast response time, less than 85ms.

Less maintenance.

Wide choice of housing materials: plastic, aluminum, stainless steel (precision cast or electropolished).

Quick setup for all applications.

Ex ia, Ex d, Ex t approvals.
